What is Olympiad Sports?
We are the Region's top retailer of name brand sporting goods and accessories. Was founded in the year 1999 in a very small shop of only 70 square meters, and by the time it became Occupies 1100 square meter in one of the best prime location of Mecca Street in the heart of the capital of Jordan (Amman) our Store Location.
In a 1100 square divided into 3 floors We provide a full-line product offering in a traditional sporting goods store format. Our product mix includes more than 12 departments, that covers as full range of Gym Equipment’s and fitness & martial arts, swimming clothing, swimming accessories &water and fun sports, swimming pools, bicycles &its accessories, indoor & outdoor sports, wheel sports & its safety camping & its needs, ball & courts sports, horse riding apparel, ballet dancing apparel.
Do I have to set up an account on Olympiad Sports to place an order?
No, to shop on Olympiad Sports you are not required to create an account, but if you do, it will enable you to enjoy the following benefits:

How do I place an order online?
To shop with us, Visit www.olympiadsports.com and browse through our different sport categories and brands. Once you find an item you like you can add it to your cart using the add to your cart button.
- You can see that the item has been added successfully to your ‘Shopping Cart’ when it drops down from the upper right hand corner of the site.
- You can now continue shopping or click on ‘View Cart and Checkout’ in the dropdown Shopping Bag.
- After reviewing your items on the ‘Shopping Cart’ page and adding active promotional vouchers and coupons that you may have.
- You will then need to enter your name, address, and telephone number and once you are sure of your order and contact details you can choose your preferred payment method. After you have completed all the sections simply, click ‘Place Order’.
- An email confirming your order with will be sent to you

What methods of payment do you accept?
Olympiad Sports accepts Cash on delivery, we currently also accept Zain Cash card.

Olympiad Sports pay fees when accepting card payments—typically as a percentage of each transaction.
We have the right to charge the customer any of these fees as we see fit.
What is your Exchange and Refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, all orders made online will be followed by a call and/or Email from Olympiad Sports customer service team to ensure all purchases are exactly as what ordered.
At Olympiad Sports We, do not offer refunds. Exchanges are allowed for some products within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please read our Terms and conditions for more information on exchange policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
- After placing an order through our App and website, it is not possible to edit it directly however, you can always contact Olympiad Sports at {info@olympiadsports.com and +962798702102} and our customer service team will be happy to help you!
- To delete an order, you can delete it through the app or contacting us.
